Let me clarify:

The new monitors are brand/model Acer G235H (quantity 18).

The not-as-new monitors that were bought <1 year ago are brand/model Acer X233H (quantity 11).

They are essentially the same monitor: 23" display,  1920 x 1080 resolution, etc.

When distributing monitors, please pair them with the same model number (G235H / G235H or X233H / X233H) if at all possible.  This will minimize how many accounts I need to charge.

Another thing that would help is giving first dibs on the G235H monitors to the new Dell computer users.  This will really help me out with the Dell and Acer invoices.

Hope that clarifies things.

Thanks,
Anna

Dear Group,

18 new monitors are in the big office.  Please be consistent in distribution by pairing monitors with the same model number.  This will help minimize complication for me when determining which funds need to be charged (plus it's nice to have a matching pair).

Thanks,
Anna
