Richard Ostfeld, one of the formost researchers on the risk of human exposure to vector-borne diseases and the Senior Scientist at the Institute of Ecosystem Studies, is the next lecturer in the Biodiversity, Ecology, and Global Change series presented by the Harvard Center for the Environment and Bank of America.

March 12:
One of the great challenges of this century is finding a secure, safe, and reliable source of energy to power world economic growth. Anne Lauvergeon, Chief Executive Officer of Areva, the world leader in the nuclear energy industry, visits Harvard to launch the spring 2008 Future of Energy lecture series.
