Title: Electron transport and spin qubit experiments on single-donor silicon devices

Abstract: I will present the most recent results on the phosphorus donor devices at the Centre for Quantum Computer Technology at University of New South Wales. Namely, I discuss electron transport experiments through a single phosphorus donor in silicon and show the Zeemann splitting of the neutral donor state. Furthermore, I show that the previously anomalous features in the stability diagrams are due to inhomogeneous density of states in the reservoirs. Finally, I present very recent results on the single-shot measurement of a single donor electron spin and the lifetime of the spin excited state in a qubit device.
