Dear group,

At the end, with subscriptions/cancellations, it is 7 of us confirmed plus whoever adds themselves during the day. Keep sending confirmations to Stephanie (copied) who became our organizer.

Meet her at 3.20 in front of her office to leave to the place as the reservation is 3.45. I will show up directly as I will be at a research computing meeting. We need to be there by 3.45 60 percent of so of the people in the table so they give it to us. I will reduce the reservation to 10 people for the moment in case others want to come. Just e-mail Stephanie.
