I was hoping to transfer the electronics over the weekend but did not
hear back, thus we did not take down the machines for transfer yet.

We are running really close to deployment day and I am concerned that we
might be forced to delay the deployment til Monday if there are
unforeseen issues in transferring the electronics for any reason.
Please let us know when we can take down the servers as soon as you are
able.
