For those in the Excitonics Center, he wrote the "Photon-enhanced thermionic emission for solar concentrator sustems" paper that Marc Baldo assigned as inspirational reading for the workshop.

His talk on Thursday, at 5pm, conflicts with the Future of Energy talk being given by Bruce Sohn of First Solar. If you're planning on going to Sohn's talk, then this is a good chance to hear about Melosh.
