Hello friends,

          We are excited to announce that the Y2Y Harvard Square Summer Shelter is hiring 10 committed and enthusiastic students to direct the program full time and work with the young adults staying at Y2Y. Students must be currently enrolled in a college or university.

What to expect from a Y2Y Summer Shelter Directorship:

·  $6,500 stipend + housing support according to need

·  Ten weeks of full-time, in-person direct service working with young adults experiencing homelessness

·  Weekly directing, supervising, and case management shifts + enriching opportunities for community engagement

·  Support from wonderful, full-time PBHA and Y2Y employees

·  30+ hours of thorough training from professional service providers

·  A life-changing summer with inspiring, hard-working, and compassionate peers
