To kick off the Davis Center's week of Central Asian studies, Baktybek Beshimov, a visiting scholar at the Davis Center, will give a talk on current and future prospects for the Ferghana Valley, a dynamic region shared by Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The talk will be based on the book of the same name that Beshimov co-authored.
