Just a reminder that this coming Monday, October is the first Senior Common
Room Dinner of the academic year. These dinners are free, and include a
reception and soiree at Dudley House as well as a discussion by an esteemed
academic.
This Monday, MIT Senseable Cities Lab research scientist and professor
Fabio Duarte will discuss his work on big data and digital technologies for
improving urban planning and city life. Professor Duarte is an urban
planning consultant for the World Bank, and the author of *Unplugging the
City: the urban phenomenon and its sociotechnical controversies *(Routledge,
2018).
Pick up your (free!) ticket from the Dudley House main office on the third
floor of Dudley House.
