Important information from AAMC
MCAT registration will open on February 17 and 18. Registration will open for test centers in part of the United States and some international locations on February 17 at noon ET, and in all remaining test center locations on February 18 at noon ET. Click

Depending on where you want to take the exam, you will be able to access the system beginning on the dates and times listed below.
If you're not ready to schedule your exam, the MCAT Registration System will remain open for scheduling available dates after February 18.
Group A test centers will open for scheduling on Wednesday, February 17 at noon ET.
Test centers located in Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina,
Tennessee, U.S. Virgin Islands, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.
International locations: Australia, select provinces in eastern Canada (Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec), China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
Group B test centers will open for scheduling on Thursday, February 18 at noon ET.
Test centers located in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota,
Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
International locations: Select provinces in western Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan).
The AAMC discourages you from traveling to take your exam. However, if you choose to travel, please adhere to the travel restrictions for the state in which you intend to test. Make
sure to review the health requirements for testing on our website.
Priority Scheduling
Priority scheduling will be available for the following examinees before February 17 and 18.
Other Important Information
Supporting Examinees Canceled in January and 2021 Applicants
AAMC will hold one more special registration event to help examinees whose exams were canceled in January and who are applying to medical school programs that start in 2021.
The MCAT Registration System will be unavailable to the general examinee population beginning at midnight (ET) on Tuesday, February 2 and continuing through noon (ET) on Wednesday, February 3 to allow these examinees to schedule a make-up date.
**AAMC has emailed all eligible examinees in locations where testing has resumed, and we have secured availability.
