There ideal candidate has "A Ph.D. in educational research, measurement, economics, statistics, psychology or a related quantitative field with at least 10 years of experience in academia and/or a public or private research organization."

The role is also a good opportunity because the College Board has a great platform for experimentation with tons of data, and they are committed to using behavioral science to improve outcomes for the people they touch before, during, and after the college testing and admissions process.
