My department at APA, Practice Research and Policy, addresses issues relevant to psychologists in practice- clinical practice guidelines, outcomes, electronic health records, classification and other substantive areas- and we are looking
for a psychologist (or professional with a related advanced degree) to join our team. S/he will need to be adept at working with large databases as well as interested in complicated policy issues. We affectionately refer to ourselves as “psychology geeks”
and love working with scientists and clinicians in order to support and advance psychologists and the important work that they do. The formal job announcement follows, along with directions for how to apply, but interested candidates can contact me directly
with questions.
