* The Murr Center, QRAC & Blodgett will be closed on Saturday, November 20th due to the Harvard vs. Yale Football game. The MAC will be open from 9:00-1:00pm and the MAC pool will be open 9:00-12:00pm. There are no Group Exercises classes on Saturday at the MAC.
* There are no group exercise classes on Wednesday, November 24rd-Sunday, November 28th. All classes will resume on Monday, November 29th.

Challenge Boards at the Murr Center:
The Murr Center now has "Challenge Boards" for Tennis and Squash players. Members can sign up by writing their names on the boards in the Murr Center Conditioning Room. It's a great way to meet new tennis and squash partners and get a little competition going!
Women's Hockey Game Friday, November 19th:
This Friday is faculty & staff night! Any faculty/staff member who shows their ID at the ticket window on Friday night will receive one free ticket to that evening's game against Dartmouth. The game time is 7pm.

Basic Strength Training Orientations
Looking for an efficient workout? Want to learn how to use the machines safely and properly? Register for a Strength Training Orientation at the MAC or Hemenway. Strength Training orientations are 45-minute sessions, during which members are led through a row of circuit
machines by a certified personal trainer. During the Basic STO, members will be provided with a list of the circuit machines along with information on technique, moderation, progression, and machine adjustments. Please note that these are not customized personal training sessions. Members will not be shown how to use dumbbells or cable machines, and will not be exercising during the STO.

A Community Holiday Weight-Maintenance Initiative
November 17th-January 21st
THE GOAL: Maintain your pre-holiday weight between Thanksgiving & New Years.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Form a team of 4-6 participants & register your team online. Individuals are welcome to register & we will form a team for you.
Registration is November 8th-17th. The first 75 participants to enroll will receive a complimentary welcome bag! Register online or in person at the MAC or Hemenway.

Scuba Diving Lessons:
SCUBA LESSONS ARE BEING OFFERED AT THE MAC THIS NOVEMBER!
This course will meet 6 times over the course of 5 weeks. Classes will meet on Mondays & Wednesday evenings between 11/8 & 12/8.

And Wednesday 12/8
All classes meet from 6:00pm-10:00 pm at the MAC100% attendance is required.
