Subject: Join Y2Y Student Staff as a Supervisor this Fall (2023)!
To: COVID-19-staff <covid-19-staff(a)googlegroups.com>
Hi friends,
As the end of the semester is approaching, we are looking forward to hiring
for our 2023-2024 Y2Y student staff. We are hiring a team of overnight
supervisors. The overnight supervisors will participate in full staff
training from mid-September to mid-October and supervise a weekly overnight
shift (10:30 pm until ~9 am).
As a Y2Y staff member, you will be taking on a leadership role within Y2Y,
joining our amazing, robust community. If you have relevant experience
working or volunteering with vulnerable communities and will be a student
during the 2023-2024 school year (at any Boston-area institution), you are
eligible to be a staff member, and we highly encourage you to consider
applying.

Hi everyone! Sending on behalf of a friend who doesn’t have access to the
list cause she just moved to Cronk this sem:
I’ll be taking the LSAT on the second floor of Cronk tomorrow (Friday), and
I’d be so so so grateful if you all could be mindful of any loud noises
(conversations, music, shouting, knocking on doors, etc) in the hallways
and courtyard during the exam (1pm-6:30pm).
I know the weather is going to be beautiful, but my room faces the Cronk
courtyard, so if you would be willing to move any spikeball tournaments or
other noisy activities (especially anything involving music) to the quad
lawn, cambridge common, or bump them to Saturday, I’d appreciate it more
than I can express! The virtual proctor has the power to end/cancel my exam
if they detect voices, music, or other noises
