Hi Cronk,
I'm writing because the building manager has asked me to remind you all not
to move any furniture from/between common spaces. We've recently been
finding dining chairs in the upstairs living spaces, which needs to stop.
Thank you!

Hi Cronks!
The building managers have informed us that a table and four chairs have been removed from
second floor kitchen (K-21). Accordingly, I am following up on Hailey's last email to
re-emphasize that furniture should never be removed from common spaces and to remind you
of the implications of liability in the case that this continues to occur.
The removal of furniture from residential common spaces is a serious infraction. Per the
Harvard College Student Handbook, residents share joint responsibility for the common
areas of the suite, floor, entry, residence hall, or other common facilities and may be
subject to joint assessment in the event loss or damage to such areas where University
officials conclude that individual responsibility cannot be established.
If you or someone you know is responsible for removing this furniture, please ensure that
this furniture is returned ASAP.
Thanks everyone and Happy Friday!
Best,
Brandon McGhee

The table has been returned to K-21, thank you for its prompt return. A few of the chairs
still seem to be missing, please return them ASAP.
Best,
