Hi all, There are five important parts to this very long email. Please take note of the portions pertaining to you and your facility usage, and feel free to contact me with any questions! LOCKER RENTALS (summer rentals expire; fall rentals available now) Please make sure your locker rental is current! Rentals may expire on August 31st: please check the list at the doors of each locker room or at the front desk for your rental expiration date. Any unauthorized locks will be cut and the contents of the lockers bagged. Locks are not returned and a fee is levied for any items returned, so please make sure your locker rental is current. For the procrastinators among us, the 31st is a Thursday and lockers can be renewed in person at the front desk until we close at 7pm. However, we recommend renewing in advance! Additionally, if you want to rent a locker for the fall semester, you may do so now and start using the locker immediately as long as it was unrented for the summer session. We ran out of women's lockers by the end of September (the men's lockers went more slowly), so if renting a locker is vital to your use of the facility, please be sure to reserve a locker. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to email or call me (5-4838). 2. SUMMER MEMBERSHIP On that note, summer memberships also expire on the 31st. Please make sure your access is current: go to www.gocrimson.com to purchase access with your Harvard PIN number, or in person to the ticket office (65 N. Harvard St). 3. LABOR DAY HOURS Second, please note our Labor Day hours. The MAC will be open regular hours on Friday, Sept. 1 (6:30am-3pm). We will be closed Saturday-Monday (Sept. 2-4), and re-open on Tuesday, Sept. 5, with regular hours (6:30am-7pm). At Hemenway, we will close early on Friday, Sept. 1 (3pm). We will be closed Saturday-Monday (Sept. 2-4), and re-open on Tuesday, Sept. 5, with regular hours (9am-11pm). 4. MAC AND BLODGETT POOL HOURS SEPT. 2-17th (MAC closes, Blodgett opens) The MAC pool will be closed Sept. 2-17th (annual maintenance and other repairs will take place). Blodgett Pool will re-open on Sept. 5th for the following hours: Monday-Friday: 10am-2:15pm; 5-10:30pm Saturday-Sunday: 12-6pm 5. ALL FACILITY ACADEMIC YEAR HOURS AND START DATE The transition from summer to academic year hours will take effect on varying dates. Please see below for specifics.
