Jesse Lundquist will conduct a one-evening seminar at the Ancient Studies Institute on the comparative grammar of Greek and Latin.
This will be an opportunity for those interested to talk about Indo-European.
There will be a discussion of the basics (comparative method, what the oldest documents are like, etc.) and a reading of some archaic texts from the Old Latin and archaic Greek corpora.
Jesse is a PhD candidate in the "Program of Indo-European Studies, UCLA" and a former student at the Ancient Studies Institute.
