ARE YOU PLANNING TO STUDY ABROAD?
Now is the time to apply to study abroad during Summer and
Fall 2005. Due to the Harvard fall semester calendar, it is
also necessary to make plans this spring if you wish to study
abroad during Spring 2006. Many study abroad programs and
universities accept students on a rolling admissions basis,
so the earlier you apply, the better chance you have of
securing a place in the program of your choice. The deadline
for the Harvard credit transfer application for summer and
fall programs is March 15 in the Office of International
Programs (OIP). All the information you need to plan and
apply is located on their web page at
www.fas.harvard.edu/~oip. They also make appointments over
the phone at 496-2722, and help you with all aspects of the
process. Walk in hours in the OIP Ground Floor University
Hall office are from 2:00-5:00. You must also receive a
signature and approval for your study abroad plan from our
department, so plan to schedule an appointment or come to
walk in hours to discuss your plans.
