Hi Jamie
The noiseless beam maps are constructed from the measured beam parameters
that are stored in here: aux_data/beams/beams_bicep2_obs_rwa_20130607.csv.
These numbers include differential beam width and ellipticity. The
differential pointing is also present in these maps, and extracted from the
observed pointing.
The plot in the posting you're talking about has had the suppression factor
applied.

In a very early posting:
http://bmode.caltech.edu/~spuder/analysis_logbook/analysis/20130620_bm_conv/,
I show the BB spectra without the suppression factor applied for the
noiseless beam maps. Figure 5 (
http://bmode.caltech.edu/~spuder/analysis_logbook/analysis/20130620_bm_conv…)
in that posting shows a rising spectra at high ell for dp0111, compared to
the spectra given by the multigauss sim. I think Chris mentioned that it
could be due to the flat map projection that we are using in the beam map
sims which cause more leakage in the edges of the map. I don't think I ever
tracked it down though.

Just to follow up, I would like to know what parameters are in the
noiseless bm case which is causing the bulk of the high ell power, e.g.

It is probably stated somewhere but went back about 5 posts but couldn’t
find a description. Has it got only the terms used in the deprojection, or
are there additional terms like ellipticity?****
