Very good looking data this week. There are a lot of tags for which the
round1/2 cuts weren't made, however.

The reduc procedure takes significantly longer than it did last time I ran
it so it is still running. I generated the html browser for the tags that
had been processed as of 8 am this morning but it just finished 10 minutes
ago so I haven't gotten a chance to scrutinize all the tags. Generally,
things look good. I will send a more complete list later today.

There was one extremely bad looking scanset, probably due to snow on the
window or else some kind of optical interference.

I'm particularly worried that this isn't completely failing elnod cuts.
In the notes below, I note all scansets that are entirely cut and list
the cut responsible. There are also a large number of scansets missing
plots for the round 1 and/or 2 cuts. I think we need to modify the driver
scripts to check for those missing data products.
