Subject: FW: 5th fl panel shut down Friday 8/25
All,
We will shutdown electrical panel PP251 this Friday, 6am-8am, for electrical work related to room 500. This will affect power in the HQI Grad student area (508,509), lab 501, and 510 (AWS). Please power down any sensitive equipment prior to this outage.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks,
Joel

Dear all,
This is a small reminder that the Workshop "Locality and complexity in
quantum thermal equilibrium" is about to start. See also the updated
website https://sites.google.com/view/localitycomplexityquantum/inicio.
The event takes place in SEC 2.122 and 2.123 but to find it you have to
open the door 2.100.C2, which is close to the stairs at the cafeteria on
the second floor.
We are trying to set up a video conference that you should be able to
access via the following link: https://harvard.zoom.us/j/3304043626
All the best,
Jonas
Hi everyone,
This summer, we will be hosting a biweekly Quantum Machine Learning
(QML) journal club. The fifth meeting is this Friday (August 16nd) at 2:30
PM, where Andi will present and lead a discussion on this paper
<https://journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevLett.123.220502>.
Please give this paper a read ahead of time, and hope to see you there!
*(Note the date and room change.)*
