I added the words "on average over the sky" to the plot:
"The WMAP prediction is that on average over the sky
polarized dust is 60x brighter than synchrotron at 150 GHz"

Clem,
What you did is all correct. I made a version I like a little better
because I have made the text more explicit in keeping with our wish to have
slides which can not be mis-interpreted even with no spoken words.
I placed it next to yours, so these near duplicates are 113 and 114.
Please delete one of them.
