by Academic Coordinator, Pforzheimer House
Dear NRTs,
It's been wonderful to chat with you all, either in person or via email!
The academic year is just getting started, and soon I'll be in contact with
you about getting the word out about your availability to meet/connect with
Pfoho students.
Looking ahead to next week, I want to remind you about the reception being
held Tuesday evening (7-8pm) in the Pfaculty Deans' Residence in Pfoho.
Come enjoy drinks, snacks, and schmoozing with other Pfoho advisers! The
reception takes place immediately before the *Fall Advising Night (8-10pm),
one of the few events during the year to which we very strongly urge your
attendance*.
I very much hope you can join us! This is a great way to meet new and
returning members of the tutorial staff, meet the Pfaculty Deans, and
unwind a bit before we all go to Advising night as a group.
*Directions*
Enter through Pfoho's main entrance and go straight through the main lobby
to Comstock Hall. Follow that hallway through a zig and a zag all the way
to the double doors, then go through the double doors and bear right to the
back of the room and you'll see Anne & John's open door.
If you're planning to drive to Pfoho and do not have a Cambridge parking
permit, note that there is free parking in the evenings at the Graham and
Parks School near 169 Walker St. in Cambridge: http://goo.gl/NFu4oG
In a pinch, you can also park at one of the meters on Mass Ave near
Linnaean St. and walk over.
Please contact me if you need further directions, or have any other
questions. I'll look forward to seeing you there!
