Hello Pfoho! Have you always wanted to play guitar? Or know how to play but want to learn new chords? Have you always wanted to sing your favorite songs on the guitar? Or is your guitar getting dusty and you want to practice a little? If so, this workshop is for you! You’ll learn how to read and play some basic chords and rhythm accompaniment. All you need is your guitar (though I have one extra that someone can borrow from me). Email me if you are interested and then we will figure out a time that works for the group. The idea is to do it once and then if there is interest we could keep going. [PFOHO] African/Diaspora Listening Night

Hey Pfoho, As Black History Month comes to a close, we want to share something to liven your spirits thought the non-stop midterms. So come share and enjoy a night of music from Africa and the Diaspora! Whether you need a study break or background music to keep studying, take some time to stop by. You can even hear my own favorite (apparently antiquated) Nigerian music :) When: *Friday, Feb 28, 7:30 - 9 PM* Where: Holmes Living Room We'll have music curated by your fellow Pfoho residents, in a casual and laid-back atmosphere to start off your Friday night night. *So come and be exposed to new music or listen to some of your favorite music from the African continent and beyond.
