Dear all,
Let's come up with the following standard phrase that Nico will insert in the Wiki. I
copy James again so that he approves or modifies it if he wants. After all, he is British
so he probably has much better English than me.
"This research would not have been possible without the use of the Harvard FAS
Odyssey Cluster and support from FAS Research Computing."
And the short version in case we are stranded for space (e.g. PRL cases)
"We acknowledge Harvard FAS RC team for Odyssey computer resources".

Hi team!
Really appreciate any and all support - you guys are publication
machines! As Alan said, it helps me ask for and allocate resource
from my managers who are the science and school dean. We have a
google alert that looks for the text referenced in this page:
https://rc.fas.harvard.edu/odyssey/publications-citing-odyssey/
but don't worry we have all sorts of key values to trigger on
"odyssey", fasrc, research computing, science division etc. etc. :-)
Stay warm folks - and go easy with the shoveling, science can't afford
to have any of you injured!
Best,
j.

Dear all,
In the acknowledgements section of all our papers, don't forget to
acknowledge Harvard Research Computing for the use of the Odyssey cluster.
It is very important as this is the way RC gets more resources to be able to
help us. I copy James Cuff, their director who just noticed that one of our
papers that uses their facility (and also a Intel Phi card they gave us)
does not acknowledge them.
I will be vigilant but please make sure you do this in all the papers we
submit that use Odyssey from now on.
PS. Nico: Can you add this to the group wiki finding the appropriate
language? Maybe James (copied) can send us the language he prefers in the
papers.
