Dear group,
Please welcome Lisa, who comes to our group from the fine waters of the
Great Barrier Reef (or maybe Indonesia). She is a Rainford's goby
(Amblygobius rainfordi), and you are welcome to come watch her sift sand
through her gills in search of invertebrates to eat. She is apparently
also prone to jumping out of the aquarium, so if you find her lying
around, please be kind and put her back in.
Ivan
PS. She is named Lisa because of the initial misidentification of her
species as Randall's goby (Amblyeleotris randalli) and the resulting
similarity in name to the fine string theorist from across the street.
