CCB Student/Postdoc Seminar Series
Dear faculty,
The CCB Student/Postdoc Seminar Series for Spring is starting up THIS FRIDAY
(Jan 23) from 12.30-1.30 pm (NEW TIME) at Pfizer LH. Please find attached is a
list of speakers for the semester from Jan 23 through May 8, 2009.
Based on an online survey conducted two months ago by the GPC, about 42% of
students/postdocs would prefer faculty to attend the Friday talks. Another 42%
of the community did not have any preference as to whether faculty attended
these talks. Since most people would like or do not mind having faculty at
these seminars, we would like to encourage all faculty to try their best to
attend the series. Your feedback will be invaluable to the students/postdocs.
Therefore, please have an early lunch and join us for the following talks THIS
