Who sent this?
If you are thinking of submitting papers to conferences, please talk to me
first, then send me the abstract for checking before submission.
Thank you,

Dear Alán Aspuru-Guzik,
PLEASE KEEP THIS EMAIL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE in the event you would like to
view, modify, withdraw the abstract or preprint, or to prepare a visa
letter.
You are now listed as a contributor of the following abstract,
ID/Username: 1280185
Password: 357024
Title: Implementing Quantum Chemistry Calculations for Arbitrarily Complex
Environments
Submitted to Division of Physical Chemistry
for the 238th ACS National Meeting, Washington, DC, August 16-20, 2009 in
Washington (from 08-16-2009 to 08-20-2009).
Receipt of this notice does NOT:
- indicate that it has been accepted into the technical program.
- guarantee that the submission was complete or correct.
This notice informs you that an abstract has been initiated on the OASYS
system and that you are listed as the submitting author.
1. Prior to the abstract submission closing for the meeting, check that the
abstract is complete and conforms to the ACS submission guidelines:
- This abstract is not being submitted more than once to this meeting.
- If the abstract is accepted, the presenting author will register for
the meeting and present the paper.
- If the presenting author is not able to attend the meeting to make
the presentation and has not designated a substitute presenter, then the
presenting author will withdraw the abstract prior to the meeting.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in rejection of this
abstract and abstracts from the presenter at future national meetings.
To view your abstract and to correct any part of it or to withdraw, please
go to the Online Abstract Submission page for this meeting.
Click the link labeled "View/Modify/Withdraw Abstract, Preprint/Visa Letter"
and gain access using the ID Number and Password given above. You can also
check the status of the abstract (whether or not it has been accepted) using
these instructions.
2. After the abstract submission close date, contact the symposium organizer
or program chair with any change or withdraw requests.
The contact information for your symposium organizer can be found at the end
of this message.
3. If you are submitting the abstract to ENVR, FUEL, PETR, POLY or PMSE, a
preprint is also required. Preprints should be submitted according to
division templates and instructions.
4. If you have already submitted an abstract and need to submit a preprint,
then you may retrieve your abstract using the above instructions. Click the
link in the Abstract Control Panel to Submit Preprint. If you did not submit
a preprint when you submitted your abstract, it is important that you access
your abstract account and add a preprint in order for it to be reviewed by
the organizers.
5. If the abstract is accepted, the abstract account in OASYS will show a
new link, Visa Letter, in the Abstract Control Panel. If you are an
international speaker who needs a visa letter to support your visa
application for travel to the United States, then the Visa Letter link will
allow you to generate your own visa letter. See
http://www.acs.org/meetingsfor additional information on guidelines
for visa applications
6. Each author who has provided an email address in OASYS will receive a
message for each abstract. If you receive MORE THAN ONE MESSAGE like this
and you did not intend to submit more than one abstract, please withdraw the
extra abstract(s) using the above instructions; this procedure will let
program officials know which abstract(s) to review.
