Good morning!
Thanks for your patience and understanding as you navigate the move to
temporary and permanent quarters. Seems our outside consultant did not
fulfill his side of the agreement by not providing ample carts for the move.
That said, for those group members who occupied M104&M105 please do a last
walk through before Friday. I noticed there are still books, computers
parts, and junk laying around.
I know Sarah's computer is in excellent working condition, so I would like
to pass that along to Ian. If there are old and discarded parts, please
make arrangements for Kai to recycle them.
Old books and magazines should be recycled as well. Garbage including old
toner thrown out. I'm assuming all drawers are empty also?
The office has to be cleared for Monday morning demolition by facilities.
Happy Thursday!
Marlon.

Dear members:
Yesterday we were informed that the old Siberia offices will be ready on
Monday. So it seems the move will begin next week in 2 phases.
We are going to make this easy for those who have to move by providing
carts and book bins.
We will also assign two group members from each location to be points of
contact for this move. Nicolas will be the MCB point person, and Joey will
be the Mallinckrodt point person.
The occupants of the new Siberia office will comprise of all Samsung,
ARPA, PTM (including visitors and undergrads), Zubs, Rapps, Martin, Adrian,
Benjamin, Jen, and perhaps a couple others (I cannot find my list).
Moving temporarily to MCB will be Excitonics and Quantum members. I will
give those names to Joey later (can't find my list -- :).
Again, it only sounds bad, but it's not. Facilities will be around to
provide any assistance needed.
More later,
Marlon.
