To avoid confusion I just want to emplhasize that I am talking about the
google calendar and not the seminar tab in the group webpage. I will take
care of that one.

Dear group,
Time to organize the group meetings for this semester! Tomorrow is all set
and we will have Jake at 5PM in M114 . We will keep meeting every Tuesday at
5PM.
The people we are expecting to present are James, Leslie, Ivan, Ali,
Masoud, Michael, Justin, Patrick and Alejandro. The most efficient way to
do it and that I find fair is the following. Place your name in the
Aspuru-Guzik group meetings on any of the Tuesdays at 5PM between September
25 to November 20 (this will be the first round of group meetings). Click
in the spot you want to reserve and under the "which calendar" select
"ASPURU-GUZIK GROUP MEETINGS" so that it is saved in the shared calendar and
everybody can see it. WARNING: No double registrations allowed!. Competition
are forbidden in our group :) and the coordinator has 0% liability if you
put it the appointment in your PERSONAL calendar and nobody can see it and
take your "reserved" spot. If you have any difficulties such as you were
left the only spot in that week you won't be around, let me know and I will
figure something out.
Let's get the race started and sign up as soon as possible so you get your
preference date ;)
Cheers,

Dear group,
Alejandro Perdomo is the seminar coordinator for the group. Let's try
to get regular group meeting results reports during the 2007-2008
calendar year. He will be taking your titles and abstracts and adding
them to the Google calendar that results in this:
http://aspuru.chem.harvard.edu/Seminars/
I tried to update it with what we have right now, but Alejandro will
schedule reports as they go along. I propose that Jake talks to us
about Landau-Zener transitions on the 18th at 5 PM, and then that
Alejandro takes up scheduling (and updating of the calendar) from
then onwards.
