Dear group, We had many interesting discussions today. One was on the nature of dipole-dipole interaction, I am attaching a file (my notes) on dipole-dipole interaction in a system with many dipoles, with a derivation of the form of the interaction, which we had a discussion about. I am hoping to have another file on the application of dipole-dipole interaction to quantum dots fairly soon. I will eventually put these on the group Wiki.
