Costa Rica President Oscar Arias has declared a national goal
of making Costa Rica carbon neutral by its 200th birthday, in
2021. Minister Dobles will present Costa Rica's National Climate
Change Strategy, including the specific "wedges" that they will
be addressing in order to achieve carbon neutrality.
Wine and cheese reception to follow. This event is free and
open to the public.
