We will be hosting another workshop at Brookhaven National Lab, in Upton,
New York on Monday, Oct. 3. Vans to the lab will be leaving Vassar Street
mid to late afternoon Sunday Oct. 2 to catch the ferry to Long Island. The
trip will also include a tour of the facility. There is a limited number
(approx. 14) of students that can attend so please let us know as soon as
possible if you are interested in going. The trip will be most useful for
those interested in using some of the extraordinary microscopy and
fabrication tools at BNL.****

Hi all,
We need to choose a new group meeting time.
For group members: Please fill in the poll with your name and the times you
CANNOT make at all (i.e., you take classes at those times). Group meeting
will be either Mondays or Fridays due to Alán's traveling schedule.
http://doodle.com/t5tzertu3v9nnxbs
Please complete this by this Monday (Sept. 12) 11:59 PM.
For group guests: Especially G1s who are SERIOUSLY interested in the lab,
please also fill in the poll by Monday (Sept. 12) 11:59 PM.
Next week, group meeting will be at the newly chosen time.
Thanks.
