· Produce written and visual reports of findings, both for internal presentation and for conference proceedings and/or academic publication.
· Study and surface significant emerging findings from multiple behavioral disciplines (psychology; computational/data science; behavioral economics; cognitive neuroscience; motivational science) to inform experimentation and other relevant business decisions.
Key Behaviors

· Collaborate without ego, willing to take on small tasks and large.
Requirements
· Hold an advanced degree from a top-tier university in one of the following fields: computational social science, data science, experimental psychology, cognitive neuroscience, behavioral economics. (B.S. holders with strong computational/statistical backgrounds also considered.)

· Full coverage medical, dental, and vision insurance
· Unlimited use, at your own discretion, vacation policy
· Annual $1000 learning stipend to level up your skills and proficiencies.
· “Volunteer days” to give back to your local community

APA Executive Branch and Congressional Fellowships
Dear Colleagues:
Please consider circulating the following announcement about the APA Executive Branch and Congressional Fellowships among your faculty and recent doctoral graduates. I did a stint as an APA Executive Branch Science Fellow and found the experience very rewarding. Here is a brief article about my experience: https://www.apa.org/science/about/psa/2016/11/democracy-needs-you.aspx<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.apa.org_science_ab…>
Feel free to ask me any questions, I'm happy to be an ambassador for these programs.

Spend a year in Washington, DC applying your expertise in psychology to public policy
The American Psychological Association invites applications for its 2019-2020 Policy Fellowships
Each year, APA places 3 psychologists in congressional offices and a federal agency in Washington, DC. These APA Policy Fellowships provide a unique opportunity to bring valuable and much-needed psychological perspectives to federal policymaking institutions.
APA Congressional Fellowship<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.apa.org_about_awar…>
The APA Congressional Fellowship places a psychologist for one year on Capitol Hill working as a special legislative assistant in a U.S. House or Senate office. Congressional Fellows bring their psychological expertise to bear on a diverse range of policymaking activities, such as drafting legislation, writing speeches, meeting with constituents and outside groups, and conducting background research. Psychologists who have experience working directly with children may also indicate that they wish to be considered for a second congressional position, the Jacquelin Goldman Congressional Fellowship<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.apa.org_about_awar…>. Read more about what past congressional fellows have said about their fellowship experience: Six Essential Lessons You Learn from Working on Capitol Hill as an APA Congressional Fellow<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__on.apa.org_2OspdV3&d=D…>
APA Executive Branch Science Fellowship<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__www.apa.org_about_award…>
The APA Executive Branch Science Fellowship places a psychological scientist as a special assistant in a federal agency working on issues ranging from science policy to research administration. The year-long placement is tailored to the individual fellow’s interest and expertise. Past placements have included the National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation, Department of Justice, and U.S. Agency for International Development. Completed applications for the 2019-2020 fellowship year are due by January 6, 2019.
