The Center for Applied Brain and Cognitive Sciences at Tufts University is seeking a
full-time research assistant to coordinate and conduct interdisciplinary research aimed at
understanding human cognition in realistic and high-stakes environments. Responsibilities
include coordinating a variety of research programs, recruiting and scheduling
participants, collecting data, overseeing undergraduate research assistants and aiding in
data analysis and manuscript preparation. Qualified applicants will have a B.A. or B.S.
in psychology, neuroscience or computer science and experience conducting research studies
with human participants. Candidates must be highly motivated, have strong interpersonal
skills and should be proficient in basic computing software such as MS word and excel.
Experience collecting EEG and/or psychophysiological data is preferred but not required.
The position begins in the summer of 2016 and salary ranges from $43,000 – $53,000,
