Subject: Adjunct Opportunity in Psychology, Brandeis University
The Department of Psychology, Brandeis University invites applications for a Lecturer to
teach the following course the fall semester of 2015:
Human Memory (NPSY-154): This advanced seminar course (including upper-level
undergraduate, masters, and PhD students) presents a systematic analysis of memory
research and theory, with special emphasis on current research employing cognitive
neuroscience methods, such as fMRI
This course is currently scheduled to be taught on Monday and Wednesday, 5:00 p.m. until
6:20 p.m., over the over the course of the 14 week semester. Office hours are required to
a minimum of 3 hours weekly.
Applicants having a Ph.D. in Psychology or a related discipline, and previous
university-level teaching experience, should submit a single PDF file containing a
curriculum vitae, a teaching statement detailing previous experience and teaching
methodology, evidence of teaching effectiveness (i.e., course evaluations), and a list of
