Applications for a post-doctoral position are invited in the context of a research program investigating the cognitive and neural processing of social action understanding. The program is funded by a European Research Council Starting Grant (ERC-STG) and is coordinated by Dr. Liuba Papeo. We will consider every candidate with a solid background in cognitive science or cognitive neuroscience. Individuals with experience with fMRI, technical/analytical skills and proficiency in programming (e.g. Matlab, Python, Javascript, R) are particularly encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be involved in designing new studies, collecting and analyzing data, writing manuscripts, disseminating results and supervising students. The initial commitment is for two years. The salary depends upon qualifications and experience, in compliance with the French law. The ideal starting date is March 2018, but we will continue evaluating applications until the position is filled.
