graduate student or professional in the psychology field to transform a questionnaire into
a practical and analytical psychological survey tool investigating individual, leadership,
and organizational resiliency. We're looking for an individual with academic and/or
professional experience with psychological questionnaires, statistics, and diagnostic
tools who can ensure that the questions and format will generate objective, accurate, and
useful data that allows clients to evaluate themselves on several dimensions (ex.
Optimistic outlook, independence).

About the position:

Responsibilities:
* Review current questionnaire and update it using evidence-supported tools and
techniques (ex. Likert scale vs. True/false format when appropriate)
* Ensure the questionnaire includes no leading or biased questions
* Provide feedback on the general format, applications, and use of generated data
* Digitally format questionnaire
