Dear Friends of the Tsakopoulos Hellenic Collection, As part of a series of fall events commemorating the centennial anniversary of the end of the Greco-Turkish War (1919-1922), the Angelo K. Tsakopoulos Hellenic Studies Center and Tsakopoulos Hellenic Collection, University Library, invite you to join us on Sept. 22, 2022 for a documentary film screening and discussion of Smyrna: The Destruction of a Cosmopolitan City, 1900-1922. An introductory lecture will be accompanied by a live Zoom discussion with Professor Alexander Kitroeff, historical consultant for the film, following the screening.
