Dear Colleagues,**** ** ** LC's acquisitions people have recently expressed concern about the performance of MAM, LC's long-time Cypriot approval plan vendor. Issues include their sending invoices for materials that are never received, and sending duplicates of materials already provided in earlier shipments.**** ** ** I volunteered to ask the CoHSL group about their experiences, if any, with MAM as a vendor and approval plan dealer; please let me have any comments you may have.
